What “per workspace” means
A workspace holds members, roles and the plan. Projects live inside it, each with its own keys, rules and retention. Everyone starts with a personal workspace on Free. A team creates a shared workspace, and one plan covers every member. See how workspaces and projects work.
Billing questions
- What happens when a workspace reaches a limit?
- When the daily push limit is reached, Honk stops pushing until midnight UTC but keeps accepting and grouping messages, and everyone affected gets one notice. When the daily message limit is reached, new messages are refused until midnight UTC, and your apps are told when to retry (the response codes are in the docs). Creating a project or inviting a member beyond your plan fails with a clear error message.
- How are plans assigned today?
- Honk is invite-only and doesn’t take online payments yet. We set each workspace’s plan when we send the invitation, or later if you ask. The iPhone and Apple Watch apps are free, with no in-app purchases.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Email [email protected] with the workspace name and the plan you want.
- Is it cheaper to pay yearly?
- Yes. A year costs the same as ten months: €90 for Pro and €290 for Team, so you get two months free.
- What currency are prices in?
- Euros only. We don’t convert prices to other currencies.
